Center for Sustainable Change transforms the lives of children, youth, and young adults in distress.
Bringing Understanding to an Emerging Issue:
DISTRESS IN CHILDREN, YOUTH and YOUNG ADULTS
Bringing relief to a person (young or old) in distress involves eliciting a deep understanding of how the mind works to create thought and why thoughts appear real to us, even when they are memories. When people see for themselves how to navigate the ups and downs of their own thinking, they can find peace of mind in the present, regardless of their past.
The inside-out approach of the Three Principles is to share knowledge of Mind, Consciousness and Thought that is uniquely capable of meeting the needs of young people in distress (who may be bullied, struggle with mental health issues, feel isolated and alone, and/or live in communities where violence and poverty are prevalent), assisting them in finding their own spark of wisdom within themselves.

CSC aims to transform the lives of children, youth, and young adults in distress.
We educate parents and professionals who engage with young people about the transformative power of understanding the Principles of Innate Resilience - the Three Principles - thereby generating sustainable change by empowering leaders in their own communities.
CSC offers ongoing, global support and educational programs for teachers, parents and caregivers, schools, system leaders, children, youth and young adults, and professionals working with them.
We host this site to provide audio and video we know will assist you in creating change within--which then flows into your "external" life.
